As reported by Chicago's NBC and The New York Post on the 29th, the two-story standalone residence, the "Barbiecore Castle," is now up for sale at $1.1 million in the real estate market. Built in 1900 in a grand Victorian style, this 521 square meter (5,610 square feet) mansion boasts 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Its exterior charm is complemented by an entirely pink interior, adorned with Barbie-themed decor and unique furnishings that capture the essence of the iconic doll.

Real estate agent Jenny Martin, handling the sale, revealed that the property is currently being exclusively rented out through Airbnb. She explained, "This house can easily transition from a luxurious primary residence to a home where the owner resides while also renting out a portion."

But the uniqueness doesn't stop there. Martin continued, "Beyond the Barbie theme, the house boasts original stained glass windows from 123 years ago, intricate woodwork interiors, two kitchens, a swimming pool, and a large outdoor hot tub."

The homeowner, Brooke Fleetwood, strategically renovated and named the house "Barbiecore Castle" last month, targeting Barbie enthusiasts ahead of the release of the 'Barbie' movie in the United States.

The New York Post added, "Real estate agency Jillow posted about this property on Instagram, and within just 24 hours, it received over 50,000 likes and more than 1,400 comments, showcasing the immense interest it has garnered."

Located on the Mississippi River's banks, approximately 550 km (342 miles) northwest of Chicago and about 40 km (25 miles) east of Minneapolis, the "Barbiecore Castle" stands as a whimsical retreat.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 14 guests, the rental fee per day is $1,700, and reservations are already fully booked until November 25th. As Hollywood's 'Barbie' continues to set new box office records, the allure of the "Barbiecore Castle," reminiscent of the doll's dreamhouse, is captivating a new owner in Wisconsin.
